How much does your services cost?
Our prices vary depending on your funding scheme. When you make a referral/enquiry, we can provide assistance with the fees for the services you need.
Can I use my Private Health Fund?
Yes, we accept private health clients, however you will have to check with your insurance provider directly whether the coverage applies to our service. This is because every individual’s circumstances and coverage are unique and we do not have access to this information.
Do I need to prepare anything for my session with my healthcare professional?
Prior to your appointment, our healthcare specialist will give you a call to make sure you know what to expect and if you need to prepare for anything.
How do I make a referral (for Case Managers/Coordinators)?

How long does it take for me to hear back from you after submitting an form?
We get back to most of our enquiries within 1-2 business days, however sometimes during period of high demand it may take up to 3 business days for us to get back you.
Do you do bulk billing?
Unfortunately we don’t do bulk billing.
Do you have any coverage for Veterans?
Unfortunately we don’t provide coverage under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
Which services are not covered by Inspire Healthcare?
We currently do not provide the following service coverage:
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs
- Worker’s compensation
- Driver assessments for Occupation
What should I wear?
Generally speaking you should wear loose, comfortable clothes. However this may differ depending on the type of activity you will be doing for your session. Our staff will advise you before your session so you know what to expect.
Do you accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referrals?
Yes we do. You can submit a referral form or contact us for more information.
Can you supply carers/support workers/physio assistants?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to.

What kind of qualifications do your staff have?
All our Allied Health Professionals have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree and are certified through the relevant governing body for practice.
Can I request the gender of my healthcare specialist?
We employ both male and female healthcare professionals. If you prefer a particular gender, please let us know at the time of booking so we can do our best to allocate someone to you. This will be subject to availability.
