NDIS hydrotherapy in Sydney
Feel lighter, move easier, and build confidence in water
Why do Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy is one of the most effective and accessible forms of therapy for people who find land-based exercise difficult, painful, or unsafe. The warmth, buoyancy, and gentle resistance of water create an environment where participants can move more freely, build confidence, and achieve meaningful improvements in function and wellbeing.

Suitable for all abilities and needs
Hydrotherapy is suitable for people of all abilities who find land-based exercise challenging or uncomfortable. It can benefit individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, MS or Parkinson’s, those experiencing chronic pain or arthritis, people with reduced mobility or balance difficulties, and anyone recovering from injury, surgery, or long periods of inactivity. It’s also ideal for older adults or participants who feel anxious or unsafe exercising on land, as the water provides gentle support, warmth, and confidence during movement.

Have a Question?
NDIS certified support coordinators and home case managers
A support coordinator’s main role is to help you understand your NDIS plan and to optimise your plan, ensuring that you are getting the most out of your funded supports. Your support coordinator will also help you connect with other NDIS service providers in order to pursue your goals. This includes NDIS services such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, speech pathology, dietetics and podiatry. Your support coordinator will help you coordinate your plan and ensure that all service agreements and service bookings are completed and they can also help you plan ahead to prepare you for your NDIS plan review.
